This course is aimed at those who have followed one of the following courses and have practiced the activity up to V3 A3 II independently for at least one year:

THE ADVANCED CANYONING COURSE IN A NUTSHELL
WHAT WILL WE DO?
During an advanced course, you will learn the most modern progression techniques suitable for tackling challenging routes with difficulties higher than V3 A3 II. By way of example only, here are some of the topics we will cover:
1. Reading single obstacles and obstacles in sequence (complex)
2. The different unclimbable, beaten and suspended systems, how, when and why
3. Focus on the different types of handrails, how and when to use them
4. Diversion systems and avoidance of potential dangers: recoverable deviators (on natural anchors and on artificial ones), with the recovery rope or with an attached rope, zip lines (with one rope or with two ropes), floating anchors
5. progression on large verticals, relays and splits
6. Rappelling from below, the different techniques, how and when to use them
7. Checking skills acquired
The advanced course is built around 6 days of lessons in an environment, crag or canyon.
Attendance at this type of course provides notions of the techniques and behaviour to adopt in order to mitigate the risk intrinsic to the activity, but it is another thing to have the experience necessary to traverse canyons with high difficulties. This is why we suggest that students apply the notions learned, in routes with difficulties close to V3 A3 II for the time necessary to acquire complete mastery of the topics covered in the course. Experience and comparison with other canyoneers are the key to experiencing the canyon environment and canyoning in the greatest possible safety.

dopo il corso sarete in grado di frequentare un ambiente in un gruppo con le vostre stesse conoscenze tecniche, se le tecniche imparate durante il corso non verranno messe in pratica con costanza sarà impossibile condurre una progressione in sicurezza. la pratica delle tecniche è essenziale.

- Spectacle wearers should make sure to attach them to their head to avoid losing them, contact lens wearers, preferably the disposable type with a spare pair.

Before entering the canyon you will be informed about the characteristics and objective risks of the canyon,
