THE JOURNEY IN PILLS
It is difficult to describe the Swiss canyons with words, the power of the water, the perfection of nature, make this place one of the most beautiful ever to discover and experience this activity.
On the first day we will meet at the MEETING POINT which will provide you with our guides.
You can decide whether to arrive the evening before, or the same day.
Once you have met and made the presentations, you will be given the necessary materials to carry out the activity.
We suggest arriving with a packed lunch, as we will spend the day in the canyon.
The first canyon will be playful and fun just to test the terrain and evaluate the group’s skills.
At the end of the canyon we will go to the hotel, and prepare for dinner.
On the second and third day after breakfast at the hotel, we will prepare lunch, each as they prefer, to take to the canyon.
The following canyons will be more technical and spectacular.
For dinners, we will decide along the way based on the group’s needs.

we can start from Tuscany or find ourselves either halfway to make the trip together or directly on site the same morning.

In Switzerland, during our stay, it will be necessary to travel by car, so you can make arrangements with our guides based on the needs of the group.

- Isothermal wetsuit in 5 mm neoprene
- Helmet*

*all individual and collective protective equipment used comply with current regulations
- A thermal polyester shirt to wear under your wetsuit.
- Swimming suit.
- Towel.
- Sneakers/trekking shoes for entering the water and socks for getting wet.
- No rings on the hands.
- Those who wear glasses will have to make sure to secure them to their head to
- avoid losing them, those who use contact lenses, preferably disposable ones with a spare pair.
- A plastic bag to store shoes, socks and anything else that will be wet after the experience.

INFORMATION
Before entering the canyon you will be informed about the objective characteristics and risks of the canyon,
on the behaviors to adopt for the safety of all and for the respect of the environment.
You will also be trained on rope maneuvers if necessary.

- a good and normal state of health
- knowing how to swim, or the absence of fear of water using the life vest (to be requested at the time of booking)
